Security guards are also available. The construction quality is excellent, with no issues like seepage, leakage, or plaster problems. Lifts are available and properly maintained. However, there is no swimming pool, and public transport is not easily accessible. Electricity issues are frequent, with power cuts happening often in the society. read more

Quality of the construction was excellent there was no issues regarding seepage . All the modern amenities like swimmimg pool,club house,gym,kids playa area is there in the society and everything was fully functional in the society. tenants were allowed to use every facilities in the society. Crowd of the people were good and they were very friendly. Allocated parking for owners and visitors was avaiable in the society. read more
Connectivity at time was not good as the society is bit inside from the main road and roads were also that developed at that time. Security system of the society was below average in the society. read more

Location is plus point. bus, auto stand, schools, colleges and market are near to the society. neighbours are friendly and cooperative. Since there is No leakage or seepage issue in the Construction of the building therefore construction quality is up to the mark. Security is quite efficient. Safe for women’s and kids also at night. Gym is properly maintained. read more
Drinking water issue in the society, proper water supply is not available. swimming pool is not present in the society. read more

Locality was very good like auto stand,bus stand was at walkable distance from the society.crowd of the people is very much decent and friendly.high security system and proper garbage collection in the society.There are water logging and traffic issues in the apartments. read more
