Good things here
Within a 1 km radius, residents have access to shopping malls, schools, and hospitals. The society is well-maintained with 24/7 water and power supply, regular garbage collection, and lift maintenance. Construction is nice , and amenities include a gym, swimming pool, children's play area, and garden. Surrounding residents are friendly.
Things need improvement
Street light issues occasionally occur in the society, leading to temporary darkness in certain areas. Despite this, the overall maintenance remains satisfactory,

Parking availability is limited in the building, and the gym is non-functional. Additionally, the table tennis facilities are in poor condition. Moreover, residents find the maintenance charges to be excessively high.

The roads in the society are well-maintained. Garbage collection is carried out daily and is very efficient in the society. Ventilation in the flats is excellent. Maintenance charges are reasonable in the society. Hospitals are available within walking distance in case of emergencies, which is convenient.

Connectivity options such as cabs and autos are not available in the society, making connectivity poor. The construction quality in the society is subpar, with issues such as seepage. Additionally, public transportation is also not accessible in the society.

This society has excellent connectivity, as essential amenities such as grocery stores and auto stands are conveniently located just outside the society within walking distance. Within a 1km radius, there are several schools, clinics, and a bus stop that are easily accessible. The society maintains high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, with daily garbage collection and good upkeep of its surroundings. Residents enjoy an uninterrupted water supply, available 24/7. Moreover, the society has amenities such as a swimming pool, a small gym, a well-maintained park, and ample parking facilities. Inside the flats, residents experience excellent ventilation due to the well-designed layout, with good windows and balconies.

The gym inside the society is very small the equipment is also limited. The clubhouse has no major facilities like indoor games. There is no play ground for kids to play inside the society.

Water facility is excellent compared to other societies. Power backup is also available for common areas. People are very respectable in the society. We celebrate various festivals in the society, such as Independence Day, Republic Day, Ganesh Pooja, Holi, Ugadhi, etc. Amenities like swimming pool, club house, and gym are well-maintained in the society. Schools are available within a walkable distance from the society.
Things need improvement
The construction quality in the society is very poor, with some leaks in the walls of the flats. Amenities like table tennis and badminton court are not available in the society, which is inconvenient. The parking area is not very spacious; it's quite congested. Additionally, there is no visitors' parking area in the society.
