Good things here

The well maintained locality I have ever seen. They provide you all the facilities such as a great schools, hospitals and malls and the quality of roads are even much better than other localities and you will not face any of the situation during monsoon time. There is no history of a crime in the neighbourhood and you will not even face water shortage here. The transportation and cab availability with this neighbourhood is also good.

Had lived in Luxor Apartments in the Serilingampally area. It was very affordable and good quality amenities inside the society. However, the area outside is still being worked on and is generally unsafe, especially due to packs of dogs roaming around at night.
