This small community comprises approximately 30 families, all of whom are friendly and welcoming. The society boasts excellent connectivity within a 1km radius, and schools, supermarkets, and bus stops are easily accessible. The nearest metro station is approximately 3. 5 km away. Garbage collection occurs daily, and regular cleaning ensures a tidy environment. The society is equipped with excellent power backup systems throughout. Monthly maintenance charges amount to around 2000 per month. There are various amenities available within the society, including a recreational hall for community gatherings and ample parking options. The construction of the society took place around 7 to 8 years ago, and there have been no complaints regarding water leakages. Inside the flats, there is good ventilation. read more

There is a drainage issue near the society, and it's not well-maintained, resulting in a foul smell. Additionally, the water supply is inadequate, as the management relies on tankers, which is also ineffective. read more
