Good things here

There were grocery shops nearby. The society had modern amenities like a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, play area, basketball ground, and tennis court. The clubhouse and everything else were very well-maintained. The garden had lush greenery. Covered parking was available for all residents in the society. The maintenance was excellent for facilities like lifts, CCTV, and the security guards did their job very well. The maintenance charges per month are 7500rupees. The construction quality ensured proper ventilation. The society was located near the highway, so Ola and Uber were easily available. We celebrated all festivals like Holi and Diwali together.read more

Things need improvement

There was a slight leakage issue in the kitchen. Since the society was located near the highway, normal public transport like autos and rickshaws wasn't readily available. The metro station was 15 kilometers away from the society. When I was there, malls, hospitals, markets, and other amenities were not nearby. There were fields behind the society, which sometimes caused manageable waterlogging during the rainy season.read more

This neighborhood is really nice and very new society. It has everything you need like a gym, swimming pool, sports equipment, and a fun play area for kids. The location is convenient too. Even though the hospital is a bit far, it's still not too hard to get to if you need it. Overall, it's a great place to live!read more
