Conveniently located just outside the society are a variety of local shops, supermarkets, grocery stores, schools, and restaurants. Additionally, a hospital is situated nearby. A generous amount of parking space is allocated for all residents. The community is characterized by its friendly and cooperative atmosphere, with many residents being pet-friendly. The society is equipped with CCTV surveillance, ensuring a robust security system. Security guards are present to further enhance safety measures.read more
Things need improvement
The connectivity of the society is average, public transports like auto, cabs are easily not available at a walkable distance outside the society. Metro is very far from the society. There is a lot of water logging issues around the roads Maintenance is very poor in the society. Garbage collections are done very irregularly which affects the overall hygeine. Elevators are installed but because of lack of maintenance the condition is very poor. Electricity is not at all stable, even in normal rainfall and storm power cuts happens a lot. Power backup is not available. Major water sortage issues happens time to time which is a serious problem for all. Flats are very conjested and rooms are not very well ventilated. The constructuion quality is average in the society, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are faced in the society. Other facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, park, club house, play area for kids are available but in very poor condition due to lack of maintenance The amenities can't be used. weekly maintainance are done, daily cleaning is not done.read more
