Amenities include a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and a kids' play area, all of which are available and well-maintained within the society. Security services are very reliable, ensuring safety for the residents. Connectivity is convenient with cabs and auto services easily accessible via Ola and Uber. Maintenance is very good, ensuring excellent water facilities and reliable power backups. Garbage collection is also efficient, keeping the environment clean. Maintenance of common areas is well-managed, and parking spaces are available within the society. There is visitor parking, though it is somewhat limited. There are no spillover issues in the society, making it a well-organized space. Hospitals are available within 1-2 kilometers, providing convenient access to healthcare in case of emergencies.read more

Cabs and autos are easily available just outside the society, within walking distance. The maintenance of the swimming pool is excellent, and the gym is well-maintained with separate facilities for both genders. Additionally, there is a theater in the society accommodating up to 30 members. Garbage collection occurs daily, ensuring cleanliness within the society. Maintenance charges are reasonable, at 5000 rupees. Water facilities are top-notch, and power backup is available. The community is very close-knit, coming together to celebrate various festivals such as Dasara, Diwali, Navarathri, and even Halloween.read more
