The most important fact about the area is it has the kota university , D-mart Near , so many good Restaurants , this Also include petrol pump near us and in front of University , police station is near , rare crime records , clean and hygienic streets no water shortages , Medical collage is near which is top for treatment in kota Good Schools are nearby Markets at a walkable distance Ample Parking Space No Power Cuts No Traffic Jam Nearby Easy Cab/Auto Availabilityread more

Rates of the plot is very high and expensive All the places that are mentioned in positives are in different different directions not a single one is present in a same direction , people charge too much rent for the rooms and thats expensive for a student There are no more problems in that arearead more
