Hi All,

I am starting this thread for people who have bought an Apmt or are interested in Western Construction's Exotica in Shilpa Park, Kondapur, Hyderabad.

Immediate Feedback :

- Location : Centrally located in HiTech City witin 4-5 Kms of IT Companies, Hospitals, Malls, School etc.

- Abt Builder, Western Construction : Although, cannot vouch for the builder, but they have Delivered Western Pearl - I see it daily, its a commercial building, Western Plaza in Manikonda - not sure abt it, Western Aqua, a commercial building in HiTech City, near TechM office..work in progress.

- Units : Two Wings of G+7 floors with 135 units each consisting of 2 and 3 BHK Apmts of varied sizes and because that it may fit everyone's budget.

- Construction and Status : I visited the site multiple time since I stay in Shilpa Park, and the quality looks fine. They are using Pre-casted beams and Aerocon Bricks.
Current Status as of Mar 12th 2017 : East Wing - 2 Floor Basement, Ground and First Floor - Structure Ready. West Wing - Apparently they found a rock layer while digging and that has been drilled now and from what I hear from Marketing guys, the construction should begin soon.

- Possession : Builder has promised all 270 Units by Dec 2018.

- Price Range : ~4500/sft plus amenities of car parking, club house etc.

Other Specs - Wont list everything but the builder has promised multiple things specially wooden flooring in MBR and Living or Drawing Room. Pls check out their site/brochure.
