Chokkanahalli is placed off-Thanisandra Road, an area in Bangalore with a rich heritage and has a history of more than 500 years. Situated a short drive away from Manyata Tech Park and also from MG Road, the locale provides instant access to the ORR that strategically links all the major IT hubs in the city through a network of well managed roads. Envisaged as a satellite town, the locality along with its surroundings has been developed as one of the main business centers of Bangalore. The locality is also close by Astra Zeneca Pharmaceuticals, Gogo International, Federal-Mogul Goetze (India) Limited (formerly Escorts Mahle Goetze), Ranflex India Pvt.
