The society has good connectivity with easily available public transport options like buses, autos, and cabs. The roads are in good condition, and there are schools, hospitals, and markets nearby. The construction quality is good with no issues of seepage, leakage, cracks, or termites, and the buildings have proper ventilation. Each resident has designated parking, and there is regular garbage collection. Elevators are installed and well-maintained, with CCTV cameras and a security guard ensuring safety. The electricity and water supply are reliable. Modern amenities such as a gym, garden, play area, and clubhouse are available and well-maintained. The neighbors are very nice and friendly, and we celebrate each festival together.read more
