The roads are always clear, and proper traffic signals are in place. Shops, shopping malls, hospitals, and doctors are all conveniently located nearby. Goa's available football stadium. Football is very popular there. There is a KTC bus stop nearby.

It has fast food restaurants such as Domino's, KFC, Pizza Hut, Charlie Chang's, and Tato's. All of the roads are well maintained, as is the surrounding area. It also has some of the best supermarkets, such as Borkars and Magsons.
