We have seen a space for us to step in, act and grow at this point in time in the infrastructure and real estate market. As India is a developing country and the world has its eyes on us right now. The scope for establishing ourselves and flourishing within this sector is bright. Our opinion is relation to foreign investors and our own entrepreneurs taking off at a brisk pace to establish themselves which requires infrastructure. The relativity doesn’t stop there; established firms create employment which invites manpower from all over the country to major cities. This increases the requirement of accommodation, and hence also creating a spike in the real estate market. This analysis has shown us an opportunity to establish our own business.
