Samana Rome

Rome by Samana Developers is developed by Samana in Meydan South (District 11), part of MBR City (Mohammed Bin Rashid City). The building has a ground floor and five upper floors and contains one- and two-bedroom apartments, with two-bedroom homes measuring from 1,154 sq ft to 1,326 sq ft. Select apartments of both types include a private pool on the balcony, and the project takes its name and design theme from the city of Rome.

Interiors have modern finishes, large windows and generous living areas, and kitchens come equipped. The two-bedroom layout also includes a powder room, a store and laundry room and a dressing area. Shared facilities include a swimming pool, an indoor gym and an outdoor gym, a spa with steam room, a yoga studio, an outdoor cinema, a children's play area and landscaped gardens. Meydan connects to Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, Sheikh Zayed Road and Al Khail Road. Downtown Dubai, the Burj Khalifa and The Dubai Mall are about 10 to 15 minutes away, Dubai International Airport 15 to 20 minutes, and Palm Jumeirah, Dubai Marina and Al Maktoum International Airport 25 to 30 minutes.

Its road links place Downtown Dubai within about 15 minutes and both of the city's international airports within reach. The building is low-rise, and private pools are offered in select one- and two-bedroom layouts. The payment plan places most of the cost at completion, with 10% on booking, 10% during construction and 80% on handover, which is expected in Q1 2027. The project launched in Q4 2024 and construction is under way.
