WADAN Cybele

Cybele by Wadan is a residential development by WADAN Developments beside the community park in Dubai Land Residence Complex. The building comprises two basement levels, a ground floor, 13 upper floors and a roof level. Its 232 homes include studios and one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, with sizes from 440 sq ft. Curved terraces, broad glazing and a palette of natural tones define the exterior, with balconies extending the living spaces outdoors.

The apartments come fully furnished, with smart climate controls and interiors combining stone, timber and warm lighting. Shared facilities include an infinity pool, jacuzzi, ice bath, indoor and outdoor gyms, and yoga and Pilates spaces. A co-working space, community centre, outdoor cinema and barbecue area provide places to work and meet neighbours, while children have a park and playroom. Academic City, Global Village and IMG Worlds of Adventure are each around ten minutes away by car, with Downtown Dubai around 20 minutes away.

The project suits buyers looking for a furnished home beside a park, with access to Academic City and facilities for both work and recreation. Payment is split between 20% on booking, 30% during construction and 50% on handover, which is expected in Q4 2027. The project is DLD registered, with an escrow account at First Abu Dhabi Bank P.J.S.C.
