) Maintenance and service offering from developer is very good. Area very safe and posh. Near all the shopping malls, restaurant, schools, hospitals and offices. There is 24x7 Security. Other provisions include access to Landscaped Garden. I am lucky to own a home at the Tata Housing Serein.

Tata Housing Serein offers all the major and unique amenities and facilities services with 24 hours security, and water supply, power backup and many more other services are provided here. Lots of open and green space with many facilities and a great feeling.

Couldn’t have asked for anything more. Simply put. Tata Housing Serein has given me all i wanted to reside at this price. All the amenities I wanted, from nearby apart from Indoor Game Room - Billiards/Snooker Table, Carom Board, Table Tennis, Foosball Table, and Swimming Pool.
