Ajnara Le Garden vs Galaxy Vega
Hi all
my budget is 40 lakhs and i am end user, i have filtered out Ajnara Le garden and Galaxy Vega, in Ajnara Le garden right now i am getting, BSP Rs. 3215(15th floor) for 1285 sq. feet and car parking, lease rent, park facing charges are extra. In Galaxy Vega , BSP Rs. 3015 (10th Floor) for 1340 sq. feet, in which car parking, club membership, power backup, EEE charges are free of cost(Including). can anyone please advice which would be good buy as end user in next 3 years. i have visited both the sites today. i liked Ajnara as it a good builder, but i am bit concerned about ajnara extra charges , it bit high. on the other side on Vega, its all inclusive . but i am not sure about its build quality.

pls admin and senior members pls give your valuable reply on this, i want to book it next couple of days, as might be after election the prices might increase. as of now i am having 15% in hand.

Ajnara Le Garden Vs SKA Green Arch, Greater Noida
I am booking a flat in this week before GST applies. I like two projects - Ajnara Le Garden new towers and SKA Green Arch new project launched in front of Nirala Aspire project. I'm confused which one is better. Pls suggest - Ajnara or SKA?
