The society is so green and has substantial space for gardening. The place is so calm for meditation and yoga as well. I would love to meditate here every morning. There is a huge space of jogging and walking track here. It has basketball, football courts, cricket grounds, badminton courts. swimming pool, kids pool, aerobic rooms, gymnasium, small theatre, party halls exist here. The formation is very good with the best fittings and appliances of buildings and other hierarchies as well. I liked their brochure so I bought it but I found some negative remarks on the property when I visited. The vastu system is a bit worried some for me but have to live to make changes. Hopefully they will do something.read more

This place has a lot of benefits of locating at the prime sector of Greater Noida West. It has a sound connection to Pari Chowk and Yamuna Expressway. FNG Expressway/Central Noida at a very close distance too. It is 5 minutes drive distance to Central Noida Sector 78, and 10 minutes drive a distance to Noida City Centre Metro Station. For that reason, sometimes we face some vital traffic problems. Some hospitals and shopping malls are so close to this place but the major problem is no school and college are located nearby, and for that, my daughter will face difficulties to reach her school in time and due to traffic problems too.read more

Arihant Group does not compromise with the quality of anything regarding this project. The developers are efficient and hardworking as well. They provide us numerous facilities with architecture, services and sound connectivity with highways. That is I think so much beneficial to everyone. The serene atmosphere throughout the society is favourable for spending quality time with favourite ones. They provide us with the opportunity of the fastest elevator system with a fire extinguisher, but sometimes the lifts create little issues not much. Every apartment has CCTV surveillance and a security guard. And it is much advantageous of having a facility for sanitisation during this pandemic. I cannot wait to move in.read more

My husband has bought a 3bhk flat for us. Positively, the price of the flat seems competitively reasonable to both of us. I believe the price too is quite affordable for everyone. Over 5 acres of land this project is situated with having 11 towers. The both residential and commercial buildings are fully decorated with modern art and designs. Every rooms of our flat are seems to be airy and have lots of space. Even under construction the design is good. But we might face water supply problems during the monsoon. But except it, their architecture and services are highly impressive for me.read more

Many of the parks are too small which leads to over crowding
Due to the road work there is very high noise levels during the day time
