During the webinar, Ram Pratap, GM sales and marketing and one of the panellists, explained why this could be the best time for buying property, as the market seems to be in a recovery mode. He said that home loan rates are at the lowest in the past two decades. Moreover, people have understood the importance of owning a home due to the Coronavirus pandemic, with many renters having faced difficult situations due to the lockdown. This has brought buyers back to the market, which is pushing up demand in Noida.
While talking about Arihant Abode, Pratap announced that the project offers luxury at affordable prices. He explained that there are four apartments per floor, with two elevators, resulting in less density per floor. Moreover, the usage of aluminium formwork construction technology, will make the walls seepage-proof. The entire construction is brick and plaster-free.

During the project presentation, the panelist explained how Arihant has always conformed to timelines and delivered all projects on time. He further discussed that timely deliveries have contributed to high appreciation in the projects. According to the panelist, Arihant Ambience recorded a 110% appreciation in three years, Arihant Arden recorded 121% appreciation in five years and Arihant Ambar recorded 48% appreciation in three years.
Talking about their festive offer, Arihant Group unveiled a flexi-payment plan, where a buyer has pay 10% as the booking amount, another 10% within 30 days of booking, 40% on completion of the super structure and the remaining 40% at the time of possession.
