Security and gated community, with the well punctual staff ensure to make sure no entry for unwanted person in the community.
Things need improvement
Management is pathetic, as far as providing services. Before selling of Flat, They had ensured that they will help to rent out the apartment but now their help is useless after purchasing of flat.

This area is a bit noisy and congested most of the time. Sometimes, power cut issues also observed in this neighbourhood. Moreover, this neighbourhood is a safe place to stay at night.
