The auto availability is easier with well maintained roads. The parents don't want to be worried because in this locality school are within 1 km also.you will get here lot of parking spaces. Also public and private hospitals are so nearbyread more

There are frequent traffic jams nearby roads because as there is no metro connectivity. some might of hours you have to face power cuts and also water shortageread more
