I've been living in south extension part 1 for 1.5 years and have experienced both its strengths and areas for improvement. on the positive side, the society offers a beautifully maintained, green environment that's perfect for relaxation and walks. Security is reliable, with 24/7 CCTV, gated entry, and attentive staff, ensuring peace of mind. facilities like the gym, shopping marts and clubhouse are well maintained and provide great recreational options, essential services like water and power are mostly dependable, which makes daily living convenient.read more

however, parking can be a challenge during peak hours, and some common areas could benefit from more frequent cleaning. Overall, South extension part 1 is a wonderful place to live, though a few improvements could make it even better.read more

Good things here

It's a very-very lovely place where you have a lot of greenery and all ,I feel very good living in place and One most precious reason I love this place that it's very safe and peaceful you cand do everything calmly and do you office work very easy to get a cab or any transportation vehicle you have to wait 2-3 minutes for the cab and talking about the water supply I am very satisfied water is available almost every time in the whole area sometimes it cuts but I am pretty satisfiedread more

The things that I dislike about the place is that there is a lot of solution in the and it is one of the major problem in delhi and due to proper availability of transportation there is lot of traffic I have to be very careful while crossing the roads but sometimes there is construction in the area which leads to lot of noise and One more problem is not a proper electricity supply and when there is medical emergency hospital is very far awayread more

The streetlights are well lit for walking post 9PM.cabs are easily available and public transport also easily available. There are great hospitals . AIIMS is also nearby. the roads are very well maintained . It is safe area for women and children.read more
