Despite being over 10 years old, there are some cracks in the buildings, though they are negligible. Pets are generally not allowed inside the society, which can be disappointing for pet owners. which might be inconvenient for some. Additionally, while most amenities are well-maintained, the age of the buildings may still pose occasional maintenance challenges.read more

As a former resident, I found my time here very pleasant. The neighbourhood was friendly and welcoming, making it a comfortable place to live. CCTV and security measures were reliable, ensuring safety. Parking and guest parking were always available and convenient, and there were no issues with stray dogs Connectivity was excellent, with easy access to autos, cabs, the metro, the railway station, and the airport. Maintenance was always handled well, with clean surroundings and prompt garbage collection. The construction quality was solid with no leaks or cracks. The amenities, like the swimming pool, gym, and children's play area, were great and added to the quality of life.read more

Connectivity to cabs and Ola/Uber is easily available in the society. Maintenance is very efficient and respectable in the society. Construction quality is good; there are no issues with leaks or seepages in the society. Maintenance is very good; the water facilities and power backup are reliable, and garbage collection is efficient. Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, kids' play area, and gym are available and well-maintained. Security infrastructure is very good. Residents are very friendly in the society. There isn't a tennis facility in the society. Public transportation via buses is available within around 1 kilometer from the society. The metro is still under construction nearby the society. There is no visitor parking in the society.read more

There is auto service near the apartment itself, the flats are well-ventilated, and garbage collection is done regularly and properly. There are two functioning elevators, and problems like electricity issues are resolved within a day. The play area is available, and people are cooperative.read more
When I was trying to get a taxi, they were not allowed to enter, and auto drivers were showing Ola and Uber there. Pre-COVID, this issue was present. There is open parking on entry, but I don't know about basement parking as it was a rental apartment. There was seepage and leakage near the bathroom wall. I complained to the management about the auto issue, but they didn't respond since it was an outside problem. I am not sure if the society is pet-friendly, and I don't know about the clubhouse.read more

There should be better parks and a children�s play area. Right now, if kids play in any open ground, the management complains that they are damaging the property. This makes it hard for children to find a safe place to play and have fun.read more
