The maintenance is good, with proper garbage collection and segregation. Transportation is convenient, with easy access to Ola, Uber, and personal vehicles. The basement parking is a plus. The construction quality is good with well-ventilated flats and plenty of sunlight. Basic amenities include security, CCTV, a swimming pool, a kids' play area. a party hall, a gym, and a library, they are inside the well-maintained clubhouse. People are cooperative, and cultural programs are held like holi diwali. The society's main road access is 1km away,read more

Despite being over 10 years old, there are some cracks in the buildings, though they are negligible. Pets are generally not allowed inside the society, which can be disappointing for pet owners. which might be inconvenient for some. As a former resident, I found my time here very pleasant. The neighbourhood was friendly and welcoming, making it a comfortable place to live. CCTV and security measures were reliable, ensuring safety. Parking and guest parking were always available and convenient, and there were no issues with stray dogs Connectivity was excellent, with easy access to autos, cabs, the metro, the railway station, and the airport. Maintenance was always handled well, with clean surroundings and prompt garbage collection. The construction quality was solid with no leaks or cracks. There is auto service near the apartment itself, the flats are well-ventilated, and garbage collection is done regularly and properly. There are two functioning elevators, and problems like electricity issues are resolved within a day. The play area is available, and people are cooperative.read more

When I was trying to get a taxi, they were not allowed to enter, and auto drivers were showing Ola and Uber there. Pre-COVID, this issue was present. There is open parking on entry, but I don't know about basement parking as it was a rental apartment. There was seepage and leakage near the bathroom wall. I complained to the management about the auto issue, but they didn't respond since it was an outside problem. I am not sure if the society is pet-friendly, and I don't know about the clubhouse.read more
