Living in this society has been truly wonderful for me. The proximity to the main road makes transportation options like buses, autos, and cabs easily accessible, which is incredibly convenient for me, especially when I need to travel by my own car. I'm grateful for the proper parking slots allotted to residents, ensuring I never have to worry about finding a spot for my car. functional street lights and timely garbage collection contributing to a clean and hygienic environment. I've never had any issues with water or electricity supply, and the quality of the water is excellent. It's reassuring to know that there are no reported water logging issues in the area. Inside my flat, I appreciate the proper ventilation and ample sunlight in all the rooms, creating a comfortable living space for me. The availability of facilities such as the club house, park, and play area for kids adds to the overall quality of life here. What truly makes this society special for me is the friendly and homely atmosphere. It's heartwarming to be part of a community where people are genuinely friendly and supportive. The presence of CCTV cameras, security guards, and well-maintained lifts further enhances the sense of security and safety. Being close to market areas, grocery stores, schools, malls, and restaurants adds to the convenience of living here. Plus, the fact that it's a pet-friendly environment with no reported stray dog issues is a big bonus for me.read more

Additionally, there are some maintenance issues within the buildings, such as seepage and termite problems in the walls. One significant setback is the state of the amenities. Due to legal issues with the builders, maintenance and upkeep have been neglected. The gym, for instance, has been discontinued, and other facilities may not be well-maintained or equipped.read more
