Maintenance services in the society are very good. Everything is well maintained. Cleaning is very good. There is greenery in society. There is no issue of parking. Parking allotment is given to everyone.
Autos and cabs are not easily available with the society so there is a little problem in connectivity and the construction quality is not very good because there seepage issue, and the club house is not available in the society.

Transportation connectivity is satisfactory with routes linked to main road and highway. Market area is available nearby. Maintenance quality is good, with regular cleaning and hygiene. Amenities like gym, swimming pool and clubhouse are available. Residents were friendly and cooperative, celebrated all festivals together.
Construction quality is not up to mark with some seepage and leakage issues. Some inconvenience is caused due to water logging issues on the roads. Amenities in the society are not very well maintained. Personally, interaction with neighborhood was less.

He said woh society chodh diya , pehle rehte the waha. Choti families ke hisab se sahi hain flats. Connectivity acha hai because good location hai society ka . Mall market sab available hain paas mein. Swimming pool was there in the society. Table tennis facility bhi tha wahan. Rehne wale log acche hain , programs & events ache se hote the waha sab.
Gym was below standard there in the society. High class gym nahi tha. Maintenance theek tha bas , log paisa nahi dete hain. Hygiene & cleanliness should have improved. Jagah thodi congested hai, crowded area hai .

I'm really impressed with the connectivity here. It's very convenient for me to travel to Gurgoan, Noida, or Delhi as it's close to the main highway. Maintenance is top-notch, and the society is very clean. They do maintenance work every six months or yearly, and if there's anything that needs fixing, they inform us a week in advance. There are six towers in the building, and the construction quality is excellent. We received possession in 2009, and it's been renovated once and painted twice since then. We haven't had any issues so far. Membership is included for a lifetime, which gives access to the swimming pool, gym, and clubhouse. People here are very helpful and friendly. Outside the society campus, we have a salon, restaurant, grocery shops, and a chemist
I haven't faced any issues in the society so far, and I can only think of greenary missing in my society.

I lived there 4 years back.During that time autos and cabs were readily available, benefiting from the proximity of NH 24. Also, my neighbours were really sweet and helpful.All the festivals were celebrated collectively
Metro was far away, Furthermore, the aging infrastructure of the buildings, along with issues such as seepage and pipeline leakage was problematic. Also the dysfunctional gym was personally a big concern for me

Dispite of the society being 15-16 years old the mentence team is good they have kept the society well maintained. the society is on NH24, so directly connected to elivated road toh connectivity is perfect. as the society is built a bit away from the highway so ye area thoda shaant rehta hai our society have a really good swimming pool, the best part is the seating around the swimming pool have a cozzy vibe.
Peak hours mein bahar bohot traffic hota hai. rainy season mein water logging bohot zada ho jaati hai so i think that roads needs to be constructed. society mei or bahar bhi proper dranage systems nahi hai. saaf sfai itni ni rehti society mein. the gym of the society is functional but as its old its not at all maintained.

Transportation connectivity near the society is good. Maintenance quality is also fine with no water logging and supply issues. Construction quality is fine with no seepage and leakage issues. Amenities like gym, swimming pool and clubhouse are available. Residents are mostly friendly and cooperative.
Some inconvenience is caused due to the parking lot management, People generally park there vehicles at the wrong spots.

There is a huge wide road access right outside the building, where auto rickshaws and cabs are easily available. No issue of weak walls, there is proper hygiene taken care of in the society. Society is pet friendly
Supertech has all the basic amenities and is in great condition for the residents, no dislike towards the society

The transference near the society is very good.auto and cab can easily available.
The boundary of the wall is not maintained. the white washing is not done on time. the continuance of the society is very poor.

The construction quality of the society was good, there was never any seepage issue and the connectivity was also good. Auto cabs were easily available outside the Society.
The maintenance services of the committee were very bad. If anything got damaged there, no action was taken. They used to call and get worried but they did not take any action.

The society has amenities like a gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse, which are well-maintained, although the swimming pool operates seasonally. Neighbors are friendly, and local festivals are celebrated with enthusiasm.
The upkeep of the place is generally fine, but there are some small issues. They usually get fixed, which is good. However, we can make things better, especially when it comes to keeping the place clean.

Public transport such as auto-rickshaws, buses, and cabs were easy to find. People are friendly with each other and festivals are celebrated together.
There is a seepage/seelan issue inside the society/individual houses. The society is little bit old and it not maintained. They should renovate the societies. There has Gym in basement and it not well maintained. Swimming pool and Clubhouse is also available but it is not maintained well.

There's alot of trees and grass in the parks of the society . There's also a market nearby, and it's easy to catch buses, cabs, or autos. People here are friendly and helpful to each other. The society is well-maintained, clean, and the buildings are constructed pretty well. We don't have any major issues like leaking ceilings or water seepage.
There is no such issue in the society and nothing comes to my mind if i talk about the betterment of the society.

Auto and cabs are readily available, although this option is not being used regularly but if and when needed it is accessible. Community center is there along with swimming pool and well equipped gym, frequent events like 26th jan are being celebrated nicely. Maintenance and infrastructure is of top notch quality.
There is nothing in the society that is not likeable, it is a decent society for residents

Facilities are good like play area, open space are there . plaster and fiting is also good .

We moved from that society last year due to several issues. Maintenance wasn't proper, and cleanliness was neglected. While the metro was nearby, the facilities within the society were subpar. We also faced seepage problems, indicating poor construction quality. Overall, it wasn't a satisfactory living experience.

Autos and rickshaws are readily available, and the market is very close by. Maintenance is perfect, and the place is kept clean. There are CCTV cameras and lifts. The society has a gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool, but I don't use them, so I don't know how well they are maintained. Neighbors are good, with some being nice and others being very friendly, while a few are not so good. Events are celebrated in the society.
While there is a bit of an issue with seepage and leakage, it gets repaired quickly. There is a water logging issue on the road outside the society.

Local transport facilities like auto cabs are easily available around the society, and you can also easily access Ola and Uber. Nearby, essentials are also available. The team in the society provides good facilities, including a full power backup system where you can even use your AC on a generator. The construction quality is excellent, with no issues like leakages, seepages, or waterlogging, especially during the rainy season. Amenities such as sports facilities, a playground, a gym, and even a swimming pool are available in the society. The people there are very cooperative and helpful to each other, and they celebrate festivals together in the society.
The metro is 2 km away from the society. However, there are some internal politics going on between the team handling the society, which can be annoying to the residents at times.
