Good things here

This locality has good good connectivity to all the necessary amenities. the roads are well connected with schools hospitals and restaurants. local markets and malls are available nearby. there are no power cuts and water shortage problem in this area. safe travelling at night.read more

There is also many negative point that are markable like huge crowd in the area and unhygienic condition of markets.read more

Kodambakkam is the centre of Tamil industry. it's a neighbourhood of Central Chennai so all the essential facilities are near to our city like, school, college, railway station, metro station, share auto, cabs,malls, theatres etc . it's both business and residential area so family can stay here with safety. night travel is also safe because the road is good enough and with security cameras.read more

it's been very tough to drive in dey time. traffic jam is the common and main problem that makes sound pollution and air pollution very much and its hot city nobody can survive hair without hair conditions system, that make our living cost high.read more

The streets are broad and in good condition. there are several parks in 3 km circle that offer plenty of places to sit and relax. banks and medical facilities are also within a short range radius. best schools and hospitals are available nearby. markets and grocery stores are available at wakable distance.read more

the metro station is very far from my place and traffic situation and air pollution levels are quite savere.read more

Really Nothing.. everything is great .. maybe I can say there are no malls nearby currently and perhaps metro construction going on nearby on Main Roadread more
