ulsoor being a resident area is a safe zone. market, malls, theatre, temples all are nearby. the most beautiful ulsoor lake and gurdwara vasikh temple are also nearby. the rent rates are also budget friendly. it is generally considered to be good area for living in Bengaluru, especially if you will be working on the Dickinson road. ulsoor is about 3-5 km from Dickenson road making it a short commute usually around 10 - 20 minutes by car or bike.read more

the dense urban environment and high population in ulsoor can lead to noise pollution and less privacy for residence. due to too much rush often it making traffic jam. sometimes it would be difficult for those who are punctual.read more

Public transportation facilities are available. Cab, taxi are easily available from these places. There is no problem with electricity supply and water supply. There are both government and private hospitals nearby which provide good treatment. There are many good schools nearby. There is a grocery and medical shop at a short distance from the house. A weekly market is held nearby where all things are available. There is a mall and cinema hall nearby.read more

Due to being near the road, there is a lot of noise .There is no good restaurant nearby where good food is available. Road cleaning is also not done properly at many places. There is no good electronic items showroom nearby.read more
