I recently bought 2 BHK apartment in Integrated Arya. The advantage of the location is LBS road is just at 2 min walking distance, Phoenix mall is 2 min drive and there are many more amenities

I bought a 2 BHK apartment in Integrated Arya. These apartments are made according to vastu sastra. 24 hr water supply is there and the security system is also very strong here. It is closely located to good hospitals, schools.

Buying a 2 BHK in Integrated Arya was a good idea for me as this housing society is located closely to many of malls, hospitals, schools etc. Amenities like car parking, piped Gas connection, gym and visitor parking etc are available.
