Good things here

Ghatkopar is good for connectivity because Mumbai's first metro start from ghatkopar to andheri . here we get Auto , cabs, and BEST bus on minimum frequency.Bhau vada paav is famous for it's taste and quality.Mumbai's largest snow theme park in now R city mall ghatkopar

Good things here

There Just traffic at the signal for 15mins rest all is good. I was living in BEST colony and the neighbours were really nice .

Things need improvement

Just the traffic rest all is fine people are really nice. Auto availa is also there but there are barely any bus service till Hiranandani powai

Prime Location : Near @ general physician clinics, 2 mins from metro station, opposite SNDT girl college. Proximity To Munisuvrat Jain Derasar Move-In-Ready Open Layout: with 3 spacious rooms. Walk IN Wardrobe Natural Light and Peaceful Neighbourhood

The property is located in isolated place makes good choice for students and for family. No water logging found.

Their is no nearby big malls can be found. You need to travel Marol, for shopping or buyung groceries

Good things here

Best locality for taking the plot as I liked the range of services and facilities it provides. The streetlights are started from 6 PM onwards. Also the locality is well maintained. I have never faced pollution issue here. There is no frequent power cuts seen in my area. I certainly feel safe with my here even in night time.
