There are nearby schools, and the construction quality is excellent, with no issues of leakages, seepage, or termites. Homes have proper ventilation, and each resident has designated parking, with rules diligently followed. Garbage collection is regular, and the water supply is reliable. Modern amenities like the gym and clubhouse are available and well-maintained. The neighbors are very nice and friendly, and we celebrate each festival together. Elevators are installed and maintained, and security guards are available.read more
