Having a nearby hospital is convenient. Utilizing the MyGate application streamlines various services. Proper ventilation is maintained in every flat, and emergency fire exits and staircases are available. All amenities are well-provided. The residents are helpful, and festivals are celebrated together. read more

Things need improvement

The railway station is 9-10 km away, making commuting to the office quite challenging. Additionally, the maintenance charges are high, but the quality of maintenance doesn't align with the cost. The cost of power backup is also exorbitant. read more

There are nearby vegetable markets, grocery shops, malls, and supermarkets available. A hospital is also nearby. Public transport for commuting to the office is easily accessible. Garbage collection is done on time, and the lift is also maintained promptly. read more

This society ranks second in the area because it's quite old, which has led to a decline in construction quality. There's some seepage and leakage, and repainting is also needed. read more
