The construction quality is excellent, with no seepage issues, although we have encountered some termite problems. Proper ventilation, good plaster, and fittings add to the comfort of our homes. Each resident has designated parking, and the society follows rules diligently. Regular garbage collection with proper segregation of wet and dry waste keeps our environment clean. We also benefit from 24/7 electricity and water supply, ensuring no disruptions in our daily routines. Modern amenities like the gym and clubhouse are available, but they could use better maintenance. Despite this, the overall experience is positive, with very friendly neighbors who have become like family. We celebrate each festival together, creating a strong bond. Moreover, the amenities are lacking, with the exception of a swimming pool; most other facilities have been neglected or destroyed.
