Good things here

Transportation is good with easy access to auto and cab services, parking is available in the basement, the flats are well-ventilated with good plaster and fittings, and maintenance is good with regular garbage collection. There are 3 or 4 large elevators in my tower, and the amenities like the clubhouse, play area, and gym are spacious, well-maintained, and well-equipped. The people are friendly and nice, and the society is pet-friendly. read more

Things need improvement

There are traffic issues throughout Bangalore, and there are occasional issues with the elevators. The last painting of the society was done in 2019 or 2020. read more

The security in the society was efficient. Festivals were celebrated together. The society had all modern amenities. Autos were easily available. The residents were good. Water was available 24/7. read more

Things need improvement

There is an issue with leakage and seepage in the society. There is no metro station or bus stand nearby. In my block, there were only 2 lifts, so sometimes it took a while to get one. read more

Spacious apartments. Well conencted with city via Mangalore - Villupuram road. Reliance digital is just across the road. The clubhouse is beautiful and there is open air theatre nearby. The tennis court has synthetic. read more

Things need improvement

The amenties are still not ready hence usable upto an extent only. Some lifts are very slow. The clealiness work should be picked quickly read more

Highrise society with excellent construction quality. The city and lake view from higher floors is simply breath taking. There are amenities like swimming pool. ,gym, perfectly maintained parking spaces and areas for sit out and kids. The lifts are insanely fast and well maintained read more
