it lies in the residential zone Pune Central Area. School, colleges and hospitals are all located nearby. beautiful and well secured locality, markets available at walkable distance ,the khadki bazaar serves the needs of the locals.

khadki is well known as a defence area as many veterans live here with there families, soon the proposed metro connectivity will connect Khadki and Bopodi station. khadki railway station it well maintained and clean. The area is maintained and clean also.

low crime rate and the area is safe and secure due to good police vigilance. clean and green area with great neighbourhood and good environment. low levels of pollution is also a bonus factor for this locality. good place to live with family.
