Good things here

Society is almost connected to the main road, autos are available. There are bearby Markets, grocery, schools, mall, salons, restaurants available around the society. street light are properly functional at night as well. Ample of parking space is available in the society, there are no parking chaos that happens with people in the society. Amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, park, play area for kids are available in the society. All are well maintained. Maintenance is good. Garbage collections are done on time. Multicolored bins are used for garbage disposal. The society is always kept clean, hygine is properly maitained. Any issues gets resolved on time. Elevators are installed I personaly didn't face any seepage or leakage issues in my flat. The construction is really good. Flats have got proper ventilations. There are no such water logging issues faced around the society. Timely paintings are also done. All the cultural events and festivals are celebrated in the society. People are overall good and friendly. There is no pet related issues in the society.read more

Things need improvement

Sometimes there is a problem faced regarding less availability of public transport which creates problems for the residents. Metro is 13 kms away from the society. Sometimes power cuts happens a lot and power backup is not available.read more

Good things here

Connectivity was good. Maintenance of the society is really very good; it provides excellent facilities. For instance, there's a top-notch gym, a pristine swimming pool, and a clubhouse that's always well-kept. These amenities show that the people in charge of the neighborhood care about making everyone's lives better. Moving around is easy too, thanks to well-organized transportation options like buses, auto-rickshaws, and taxis. They've cleverly placed markets, services, and schools close by so people can get to them quickly. On top of that, there's a big park that improves the neighborhood. It's a great place for kids to run around, and it makes the neighborhood feel friendly and welcoming. CCTVs and elevators are working properly. The society has enough parking space for people who have their own vehicles.read more

There was an issue with visitors' parking as visitors find it difficult to park their cars. The parking area does not have enough space for visitors. Additionally, there was an issue with connectivity.read more

Good things here

I've never faced issues like poor ventilation or leaks in the society. We have amenities like a temple, clubhouse, gym, swimming pool, and a kids' play area, all well-maintained. Public transport, like autos and rickshaws, is easily accessible. The maintenance of the society is excellent, with proper cleaning and hygiene. CCTV cameras and elevators are also well-maintained. We celebrate cultural events together as a community.read more

The society didn't have metro connectivity nearby, and there was limited space for guest parking, so sometimes parking became an issue when guests visited. There was a slight issue with electricity. But apart from that, everything else was running smoothlyread more

Maintenance charges in the society are relatively high compared to the amenities provided, which are perceived as insufficient for the number of residents. Autos are not readily available near the society, resulting in long waits. The parking facilities are not secure, leading to car scratches.read more

Sai Sagar Nagar, Punvale Bazar, Buddha Vihar, Jambe, Kotwal Nagar are the nearby localities to Ravet. Marathi is the native language in Ravet. Akurdi railway station is quite nearby to the locality at a distance of 4.8 km. Shiv Sena, NCP and BJP are the major political parties in this region.
