Maintenance of the society was well maintained. Connectivity was so strong. Good things here

The maintenance here is very good with proper lift facilities and water tank is also cleaned regularly. Gyms, swimming pools and public parks are available here which caters to our refreshing and recreational needs. People here are good and engaging and they are helpful and cooperative. There are proper parking spaces available.read more

Things need improvement

There are no public transport available nearby, there are traffic issues too due to ongoing construction outside the society. Only vehicles that have Marvel brisa stickers on it are allowed inside the soc. I sometimes also face seepage and cracks issues here. There is also a problem of cleanliness in the society.read more

Groccery shops and local market was near by the society,schools and hospitals were near by the society.Quality of the construction was good rooms were spacious and well designed.All the modern amenities were present and fully functional in the society.Good security system and all the areas were under cctv survilance.Crowd was good and good celebration of the festivals in the society.Allocated aspace for parking for owners and visitors.read more

Solar panel was not available in the society.This society basically belongs to family people only as bachelor's were not allowed in the society.read more
