Connectivity is very good, especially if we book an apartment near the university. Water facilities are excellent, and power backups are available. Garbage collection is very good; they will collect wet and dry waste separately. Amenities like a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and kids' play area are available and well-maintained. Public transportation like buses is available within 200 meters, which is very convenient. The greenery in the society is very good. The cleanliness of the society is excellent, with daily cleaning. There are small grocery shops and small restaurants for tiffin inside the society, which is very convenient. There are also many societies nearby.read more

Maintenance is generally okay, but there are ongoing issues with washroom pipes and cracks in the home walls. The swimming pool has high chlorine levels, causing discomfort, and the ladies gym lacks sufficient equipment. there are cracking sounds in the home doors as well.read more
