Good things here

Schools and hospitals are within 2km. COnstruction quality is good. THere is no such seepage issue here. Society has basic ameneties. People are decent here. Its a gated society with CCTV working 24hours. No traffic issue here.read more

No clubhouse is there. There is no dedicated car parking

Hospital, Schools and local market is within 1km. Construction quality is very good. Maintenance is good. Park, Lift, Open Gym, Clubhouse is there. People here are cooperative and helpful.read more

Swimming pool is not there. There is only open parking available

I am owner of 2 shop there.i can't sell my shop cuz there is no future,i blocked my money there, last 3 years I am searching client to sell this shop but no results.there is electricity problem, thats the main reason that this area not deploved at all :(

Have a Parking issues at sector 78 Faridabad and security not good, behaviour of staff very poor. Not recommended to anyone for buy Habitat group property in future Electricity issues with Habitat
