Good things here

The maintenance team works diligently to upkeep the premises, and garbage collection is carried out promptly, contributing to a healthy and pleasant environment for all residents. I'm also impressed by how efficiently any issues that arise are addressed. Whether it's maintenance concerns or other matters, they are resolved in a timely manner, reflecting the proactive approach taken by the management. The availability and proper functioning of lifts further enhance the convenience of living here, ensuring smooth transportation within the building. Additionally, celebrating festivals together fosters a sense of camaraderie and belonging among residents, making it feel like a close-knit community.read more

Things need improvement

The place really lacks some basic stuff that would make living here a lot better. No gym, pool, clubhouse, or play area, which is a big downer. Also, there aren't any CCTV cameras or security guards around, which makes me worry about safety. Plus, we've had water problems and damp walls, showing there are maintenance issues. It would be great if they improved ventilation and let more sunlight in to make things nicer. And they really need to think about earthquake safety. Oh, and there's been some drama with pets causing problems between neighbors. They need to sort that out with better rules and management.read more

Good things here

Public transports like auto, cabs are easily available outside the society. General markets and groceries are available nearby the society. Road conditions are very good. Water supply issues and water logging issues are not faced in the society. the drainage system is good in the society. Electricity issues are not faced at all. Garbage collections are done on time in the society. People are decent and educated staying in this society. There is no pet related issues.read more

The society is on the highway for which vehicle noises are heard but it depends on which floor the apartment is situated. For super markets, malls some travelling is needed, it is not near the society. Metro is not available near the society. facilities like gym, park, club house play area for kids are not available in the society. The construction quality of the buildings average, cement is comming out from the balcony. Being a new society this is a negative point. More cleaning is required which can be improved. Elevators are not maintained properly and it stops working at times. Stray dog issues are faced a lot inside the society.read more
