Being in such a central location is a big plus. Even if the building isn't brand new, it's still in good shape and filled with friendly faces. Having a decent playground and parking space around adds to its charm. And let's not forget the community engagement and inclusive celebrations, which really make for a vibrant social scene. The noise from the nearby school can definitely disrupt the peace, and those small parking spaces can be a real hassle for residents with vehicles.
