The buildings are well-built with no seepage issues and good ventilation. Every resident has a designated parking spot, and rules are followed. Amenities like a gym and clubhouse are available and well-maintained. The neighbors are friendly, the elevators work smoothly, and there's always a security guard on duty for safety. Garbage is collected regularly, and electricity and water supply are reliable, making daily life easy.read more

All cultural events like Holi, Diwali, and Durga Puja are celebrated very well here. Public transport like autos, buses, and rickshaws is easily available. There are malls, markets, and grocery stores within 2 to 3 kilometers around the society. The club offers amenities like a gym, clubhouse, swimming pool, and indoor games. Ventilation is very good, and the construction quality is excellent. Garbage collection is timely, making the society neat and clean. The security guards are also very good, and CCTV camera maintenance is well-managed.read more

There is a slight issue with network connectivity. During the rainy season, there is a slight issue with waterlogging. Within a radius of 1 to 2 kilometers, a metro is under construction.read more

The society lacks metro connectivity. During the rainy season, there is an issue with waterlogging. The absence of a nearby bus stop is somewhat problematic for me. Otherwise, everything else in the society is good.read more

Waterlogging can occur during heavy rains but is manageable. However, there is a significant issue with mobile network signals, as there is no reception inside the rooms. A nearby metro is currently under construction.read more
