The location of the society is very good, and there is a lot of greenery outside, which is very convenient and provides good space. People are very friendly and respectful in the society. Connectivity, like cabs and auto-rickshaws, is easily available. Every maintenance issue is managed well. There is a Narayana hospital around 2-3 km from the society, which is very convenient, and there are nearby children's hospitals also that are very accessible. Parking is well-organized in the society, and there is visitor parking as well, making it very convenient and spacious. Shops are also available near the society, which is very convenient.read more

Maintenance experience is very convenient. However, construction quality is not good. There are some issues, such as leaks and seepage in the bedrooms and bathrooms, which is very inconvenient. Connectivity like cabs and autos are easily available in the society if we book online. Water availability is very good, available 24/7. Power backups are also available in the society. Garbage collections are very good; they collect wet and dry waste separately. Amenities like swimming pools, clubhouses, gyms, table tennis, and kids' play areas are available and well-maintained in the society. Every amenity is very good in the society. There's no traffic congestion nearby. Maintenance is very good; cleanliness of the society is very good too. Access to groceries in the vicinity is very convenient and easily accessible.read more
