Power cuts are rare in the complex Even if it happens the site has good back up generators. The water quality is exceptional for the city's great water system.

Getting a good internet facility is a bit hard in the complex as many reputed internet service providers have still not started to provide their service in the New Town Area.

The housing complex is very spacious and has many public amenities around from shared bikes to good roads. Though it is a bit away from the main city centre of Kolkata.
