Maintenance charges are kept nominal, making it affordable for residents. Hygiene and cleanliness standards are diligently maintained throughout the society, including timely garbage collection. The flats are well-ventilated, receiving proper sunlight throughout the year, and the high construction quality ensures no seepage or leakage issues have been encountered. Emergency exits, staircases, and corridors are readily available for safety measures, and the buildings are earthquake-proof, providing additional peace of mind. Security guards and functioning CCTV cameras ensure residents' safety. Elevators are well-maintained, with timely servicing, and there's a park available for children to play in. Residents of the society are friendly, helpful, and celebrate cultural festivals together, fostering a strong sense of community. I really enjoy living here because of the well-maintained garden, which provides a pleasant space to relax. The connectivity is great, with public transport easily available. While the construction quality is generally good, I have faced seepage issues in my apartment a few times, although they were repaired promptly. There's a gym and a swimming pool, but both are currently closed. Parking is a major issue, as not everyone has been allotted a parking space; only early residents have designated spots, and the rest of us have to find space wherever we can. Additionally, the building has aged and looks dull due to its brownish color.read more

The people living here are great, and we often celebrate festivals together. The place is kept very clean. While there were some leakage and seepage problems before, they have been reduced a lot now. Public transportation is convenient and close by. The apartment gets plenty of sunlight and has good ventilation, and the garden is taken care of nicely.read more

The society faces a notable issue with water supply, experiencing disruptions 1-2 days per week without a predictable schedule. Occasionally, water is available even during nighttime. Furthermore, the swimming pool has been closed for the past 4-5 years, with uncertainty surrounding its reopening.read more
