Nearby markets provide convenient access to essential goods and services. We enjoy uninterrupted water supply and electricity 24/7, and society management promptly resolves any issues that arise. Maintenance charges are kept nominal, making it affordable for residents. Hygiene and cleanliness standards are diligently maintained throughout the society, including timely garbage collection. The flats are well-ventilated, receiving proper sunlight throughout the year, and the high construction quality ensures no seepage or leakage issues have been encountered. Emergency exits, staircases, and corridors are readily available for safety measures, and the buildings are earthquake-proof, providing additional peace of mind. Security guards and functioning CCTV cameras ensure residents' safety. Elevators are well-maintained, with timely servicing, and there's a park available for children to play in. Residents of the society are friendly, helpful, and celebrate cultural festivals together, fostering a strong sense of community.     The people living here are great, and we often celebrate festivals together. The place is kept very clean. While there were some leakage and seepage problems before, they have been reduced a lot now. Public transportation is convenient and close by. The apartment gets plenty of sunlight and has good ventilation, and the garden is taken care of nicely.read more
