There are schools and hospitals available nearby, and public transport like auto rickshaws and cabs are easily accessible. The roads are of very good quality and don't deteriorate easily. The maintenance of the society is also very good; everything is well maintained, and all amenities are available. High Street Phoenix Mall is only 11 minutes away by car, BMC Hospital is only 8 minutes away by foot, and Holy Cross School is only 6 minutes away.
