Good things here

There are no issues such as leaks, seepage, or cracks in the buildings. The people in the society are very welcoming and celebrate all festivals together. We have reliable water and electricity supply, and proper garbage collection services. Security and parking facilities are excellent, and the society enjoys convenient connectivity with nearby availability of cabs, autos, and public transport.read more

No amenities in the society like swimming pool, gym , clubhouse and park . No other issues in the society regarding anything , its a great society to live in .read more

Perungudi is a residential cum commercial locality in the south Chennai area close to the sea. The neighbouring localities include Guindy, Velachery, VGP Selva Nagar and TP Nagar. These localities are well developed and have all amenities. There are reputed builders and the quality of construction in the homes is good. 80% of the property available in the Perungudi area are apartments and builder floors and 86% of these are 2 and 4 BHK apartments. 8% of the property available in the area are residential plots.
