The society excelled in providing a wide range of amenities, including a swimming pool, clubhouse, kids' play area, park, and garden, all of which were well-maintained and functional. The in-house swimming pool was particularly impressive, as was the well-equipped gym. The maintenance team ensured the upkeep of these amenities, and cleanliness was maintained on a routine basis. The build quality of the society was excellent, with no issues of leakage or pests. The fittings of windows, furniture, and basement areas were all of high quality. The residents were cooperative and helpful, and all festivals were celebrated within the society. Additionally, there was 24-hour water and electricity supply�available. read more

Things need improvement

Connecting with local transport facilities was challenging as we had to walk a bit to find local cabs near the society. Additionally, there weren't many grocery shops nearby, requiring us to walk a bit further to access essentials. Though Ola was available earlier to the society. The rooms were not very spacious, and in my opinion, the security measures were not sufficient, with CCTVs not available in all areas. The guests were also not verified well in the society. Allocated parking was not available for visitors, leading to conflicts when visitors parked in others' allocated�spaces. read more

Things need improvement

Earlier, the roads outside the society were underdeveloped, but they have since been improved. However, ongoing construction work nearby causes traffic problems and inconvenience. The building is facing persistent issues with leakages and seepage, which the maintenance team has been addressing since 2020 but has not yet fully resolved. The fittings provided by the builder are of low quality, requiring residents to replace them themselves after moving in, which has been�inconvenient. read more
