DLF Phase 3 is the first locality, as we enter Gurgaon from Delhi via both NH 8 and Mehrauli Gurgaon (MG) Road. DLF sectors are located at the boundary of Delhi and Haryana. The locality is spread over Sector 23 and Sector 24 of Gurgaon. DLF Phase 3 is one of the poshest localities in the city due to its prime location and great social infrastructure. Surrounded by NH 8 and MG Road on both sides, the locality also has access to two metro lines. The locality benefits from the presence of Ambience mall, Cyber hub, and Aravali Biodiversity Park. DLF and Ambience are the major developers in the locality. Ambience Lagoon, Ambience Caitriona, and Garden Estate are some of the prominent projects within DLF Phase 3. DLF Phase 3 is one of the best-connected localities of Gurgaon. The locality is just 13 km (25 mins) away from the Indira Gandhi International Airport. I've had the pleasure of living in S block DLF phase 3, gurgaon, and it's been an exceptional experience. Prime location: close proximity to key landmarks like cyber hub, udyog vihar and rapid metro. Luxurious living: spacious appartments with modern amenities . Secure environment 24/7 security and CCTV surveillance. Vibrant community: friendly neibhours and regular community events. Excellent maintenance: prompt staff and well maintained common areas. World class infrastructure. Ample parking space . Nearby shoping center's. Reputed schools and hospitals nearby.

Things need improvement

Traffic congestion: frequent jams on nearby roads. Limited parking: insufficient slots for residents and visitors. Maintenance issues: periodic problems with electricity, water supply and lifts . Noise pollution: nearby construction and traffic noise. Overpriced: high maintenance charges. Enhance maintenance and infrastructure upkeep. Increase parking capacity.

Good things here

This is a gated society, very safe for family living. Guards are hired by DLF. Property is also maintained by DLF. Locality is very clean and spacious. Each independent floor has designated car parking on the ground floor. Metro station, School and hospital are nearby. Well connected to Cyber hub.
