Tardeo is a leading commercial and residential area in South Mumbai, spanning the stretch between Haji Ali Junction and Nana Chowk. Tardeo Road is a key road here. The locality lies in the State of Maharashtra and the coordinates are 18.9676° N, 72.8141° E. Tardeo was where the first shopping mall in Mumbai opened, namely Crossroads. It is called Brand Factory today. The Imperial Towers are a major landmark in the locality and were once the tallest residential towers in the country. The area is also home to the most expensive oval-shaped sky-over bridge in the country which hangs on a column positioned in the middle of the skywalk that is 650 metres long.
